Product Description

Home Loan is a loan package intended to finance any of the following:

1.1 Purchase of residential lot, house and lot, condominium or townhouse;

1.2 House construction, renovation or expansion;
1.3 Refinancing of any housing loan with other financial institutions (buy-out);
1.4 Reimbursement of amount paid of house, lot, condo or townhouse; or
1. 5 Purchase of another property for investment.

 

 

Loan Ceiling : Based on loanable value of property to be financed but not to exceed P5.0M
Maximum Term : 120 months
Mode of Payment : Monthly, semi-monthly, weekly, or daily

Documentary Requirements
  1. Photocopy of updated tax declaration, tax receipts, tax clearance
  2. Certified true copy of land title from the Registry of Deeds (all pages)
  3. Location or vicinity map
  4. Certificate of owners intention to sell- if purchase of lot, house & lot, condominium or townhouse
  5. Documents representing proof of applicant’s income such as certificate of employment pay slip, business permit, invoices, proofs of billing, etc., whichever is applicable depending on source of income.
  6. Photocopy of any government issued Identification Card
  7. If Purchase of Condominium- Mastre Deed of Declaration of Restrictions, Condominium Certificate of Title of unit and parking slot (if any), Occupancy Permit
  8. Other Documents:
    • For Construction of new house/building
      • Building Plan or Floor Plan, Bills of Materials and Labor Cost, Building Specifications certified by Architect/Civil Engineer
    • For Loan Refinancing
      • Statement of Account from Mortgage Lender; and
      • Proof of Payment for the last 6 Months
