Training on Agro-Entrepreneurship and Good Agricultural Practice

On October 4, 2023, St. Martin Cooperative, with the help of San Miguel Municipal Agriculture Office, conducted a training on Agro-Entrepreneurship and Good Agricultural Practice. The event took place at the Town Multipurpose Hall in San Miguel, Bulacan, and was attended by 43 calamansi farmers.

Similarly, on November 15, 2023, St. Martin Cooperative, in partnership this time with Cabanatuan City Agricultural Office, organized another Agro-Entrepreneurship training session. The activity was held at Cabanatuan City Multipurpose Hall, and attracted the active participation of 28 attendees.

The Agro-Entrepreneurship Training is intended to help small scale-farmers improve their income by providing education and vocational training in farming as an enterprise. Moreover, it is aimed at providing farmers with access to institutional markets thus creating additional economic opportunities.
