On May 10, 2023, St. Martin Coop Baliuag Branch held a joyous celebration to mark the grand opening of its new office building. The festivities commenced with a solemn mass, which was presided over by Fr. Jess de Silva. Soon after was the ribbon cutting ceremony and blessing.
CEO Serafin Celestino Jr., BOD Chairperson Danilo Esteban, and Branch Manager Olive Manuel warmly welcomed all the guests, expressing their sincere appreciation for their presence and unwavering support. They also expressed their gratitude for the trust and continued support of the members, who have always been at the core of the cooperative's success.
Baliuag Vice Mayor Madeth Quimpo also delivered a short message, highlighting the role of cooperatives in community development. The occasion was also graced by the presence of several distinguished guests, including Gov. Daniel Fernando's representative and OIC of PCEDO - Atty. Jayric Amil, CDA Region III Director Marieta Hwang, Fred Martin of the Municipal Cooperative Development Office of Baliwag, Nida Romulo of City Cooperative Development Council, Lani Babista of PCDC and Erwin Veneracion of BUFECO.
With the opening of its new office building, St. Martin Coop Baliuag Branch hopes to serve its member better, improve their transaction experience, bring in repeat business and attract more clients.
